- Deliveries will be between 07:30 and 21:00 Monday to Friday.
- Standard delivery will be the next working day provided the order was placed before 1pm. For orders after 1pm it will be delivered within 2 working days.
- Privacy & Security
- We know that by placing an order with Nappies2Go you place trust in us with your personal details. We operate with strict compliance of all data protection laws and do not store credit card details or share customer information with any third parties. Please read our privacy and cookies policy for more details.
- Returns & Replacements
- You can return any unopened products within 28 days of delivery. Only faulty products will be accepted beyond the 28 days.
- Ordering
- To shop with Nappies2Go you will need to register or log in. We advise that you start by selecting the collection frequency, add any internal or external nappy bins before selecting the nappies and wipes. By signing up to our longer term subscriptions you will benefit from the greatest savings.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- We accept payments from all major credit and debit cards including Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Solo, Maestro, Delta and American Express. You can also pay for your order by using your PayPal account. Our recurring payments will be managed by Direct Debits.
- Viewing Orders
- To view your orders you need to log in to your account. If you are signed up to our subscription service we will email you 24 hours before shipping your product to confirm that the sizes have not changed.
- Updating Account Information
- Once you have logged into 'My Account' you ill be able to make all the necessary changes to your account details and your subscription products.
